@c15t/ui: Cookie consent UI primitives and theme system

The framework-agnostic cookie consent UI primitives, CSS, and theme tokens behind the c15t React, Vue, Svelte, and Astro components. Most apps get this package through a framework adapter and do not install it directly.

c15t is used by 2,100+ sites, including expo.dev, zed.dev, unkey.dev, mintlify.com, and sazabi.com.

Key Features

• One theme system for every c15t framework: set --c15t-* tokens once and the banner, dialog, and preference center follow
• Stylesheets for plain CSS and Tailwind CSS, with a separate file for Tailwind CSS 3
• Framework-agnostic primitives for building a c15t adapter for another UI framework

Installation

The framework packages (c15t/react, c15t/vue, c15t/astro, @c15t/svelte) depend on this package and re-export its stylesheets. Install it directly only to build your own adapter:

pnpm add @c15t/ui
