Zero-boilerplate authentication support for Nuxt.js!

dev branch is under heavy development to prepare for v5. Dev docs (WIP) are deployed on https://dev.auth.nuxtjs.org

Meanwhile only important bug fixes are accepted for v4. Please base PRs on master branch.

Running demo for development:
