Helper TypeScript thuần (zero runtime dep, không phụ thuộc Nuxt/Vue).

AppError — lớp lỗi chuẩn hoá (status, code, data).
toAppError(input) — quy mọi lỗi (ofetch response, Error, string) về AppError.
isAppError(input) — type guard.
Types: Nullable<T>, Maybe<T>, Paginated<T>.
